U S Navy Farragut Training Station

During WW2, the Navy established a training station on the southern end of Lake Pend O'Reille. There have been several books published about this. I need to add a short history to this page.

There seems to be a shortage of postal material for Farragut, probably because most of the mail was handled by Spokane or Coeur d'Alene. This might be fun to trace down but I have not had the ambition to chase the leads down.

These 12 postcards are the only ones that I have that were easy to obtain. There are a fair number of cards featuring the USO clubs in Coeur d'Alene and Pocatello,
